I am a Botanist who is currently researching the effect of space flight on the plant transcriptome in the Gilroy Lab. My last post doc position was in the Masson lab researching how the Arabidopsis transcriptome responded to a 90 degree gravitational stimulus. My PhD research project used tissue specific targeted expression of GA biosynthetic or catabolic genes to investigate the site of GA biosynthesis and action.
