ParameciumDB (http://paramecium.cgm.cnrs-gif.fr) is maintained at the Centre de Génétique Moléculaire of the CNRS, Gif-sur-Yvette, France.
This new MOD includes sequence data from Genoscope and genetic data from the Paramecium community.
Available to the public since August 2005, ParameciumDB is built with GMOD tools (Chado schema, GMODWeb, GBrowse and Apollo). More information is available at http://paramecium.cgm.cnrs-gif.fr and ParameciumDB.
