Chris Childers

I work on the Bovine Genome Database and Hymenoptera Genome Database, which includes BeeBase, NasoniaBase seven ants.

I've recently adapted the N. Fox branch of JBrowse to display M. domestica RNA-seq data in a faceted manner.
