In order to provide a central space for documentation of both the current version of JBrowse and unreleased JBrowse developments, this wiki branch has been subdivided into two primary categories:

• JBrowseDev/Current: Documentation for the most recent release of JBrowse (version 1.2.1). Please view this page if you are looking for up-to-date JBrowse documentation.
• JBrowseDev/Upcoming: Documentation for edits that will be available in a future release of JBrowse. If you are a JBrowse developer, please put your documentation notes in this article.
