Sybil is a web-based system for comparative genomics visualizations. It is currently developed by engineers at JCVI and at IGS at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
More information is available at the sourceforge site which is the primary repository for sybil code and sybil documentation.

Development is accelerating and is focused on usability, development of new views and documentation and integration of new data types (i.e. expression, CGH and repeats).
