Submitter.pm

Submitter.pm is a GBrowse plugin designed to submit the selected sequence to external websites such as NCBI BLAST, etc. It is an invisible plugin, in the sense that it is not displayed in the "Reports and Analysis" menu in GBrowse.

Usage

The plugin is accessed through URLs.
