__NOTITLE__

The Satellite Meetings at the January 2010 GMOD Meeting proved so popular that we are holding them again, this time the day after the meeting, and immediately before Genome Informatics 2010.

If you have a topic that you want to cover in a Satellite Meeting, please

  1. Add the topic to the list below. Be sure to include your contact information.
  2. Send an email about the satellite to the appropriate GMOD Mailing Lists.

All satellite meetings will conclude in time for participatns to make it to the start of Genome Informatics on Wednesday night.

GMOD staff will promote the satellite meetings in any announcements that go out.

How can we visualize and link together 500, 1000, or 10,000 genomes? Many existing tools assume a reference genome. Will a reference make sense in the future, or will it hold us back?
Your Idea Here Your name here time Your powerful argument why people should spend time at this satellite.
