There is plenty of GMOD content at the Plant and Animal Genomes (PAG) conference in January 2014. In addition to the day-long workshop on GMOD tools, there are also posters and presentations from many GMOD users, as well as from developers of GMOD tools. See Scott Cain's flickr set of poster pictures that show GMOD software in use.
PAG XXII is followed by the GMOD Community Meeting on January 16th and 17th.
